Edge of Chaos in Memristor Cellular Nonlinear Networks

چکیده

Information processing in the brain takes place a dense network of neurons connected through synapses. The collaborative work between these two components (Synapses and Neurons) allows for basic functions such as learning memorization. so-called von Neumann bottleneck, which limits information capability conventional systems, can be overcome by efficient emulation computational concepts. To this end, mimicking neuronal architectures with silicon-based circuits, on neuromorphic engineering is based, accompanied development new devices functionalities. We shall study different memristor cellular nonlinear networks models. rigorous mathematical analysis will presented based local activity theory, edge chaos domain determined models under consideration. Simulations working show generation static dynamic patterns.
